Inbound Call Handling

Incoming calls are directed to the appropriate department or agent based on the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system or other routing mechanisms.

Outbound Call Handling

Outbound sales representatives reach out to potential customers to promote products or services, qualify leads, and generate sales opportunities.

Quality Assurance and monitoring

Supervisors or quality assurance teams listen in on calls to evaluate agent performance, adherence to scripts or guidelines, and customer interactions.
